Samples should be submitted to Chestnut Labs on a Microbiological Analysis Request Form (pdf.), Chemical Analysis Request Form (pdf.), or an Environmental Analysis Request Form (pdf.). All of the forms can be customized for your specific application and are available for electronic input. A printable version of each form is available by clicking on the desired form.

Test results are available from our State-of-the-Art Chestnut Labs LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) by fax, mail, e-mail or a combination of any of these. Flexible reporting options allow for many report types. Call today to find out more!

Environmental swabs or sponges should be sent in a separate insulated container with ice packs sufficient to maintain a temperature of <15°C. A separate sponge or swab is needed for Salmonella and Listeria testing.
